In order to fully cooperate with the national epidemic prevention and control work, be responsible to partners, and ensure the health and safety of employees, the company's start time after the Spring Festival has been adjusted as follows:

● Schedule

1、The holiday time for the Spring Festival holiday will be adjusted to February 9, 2020,and the official working time will be February 10, 2020 (the first month of the lunar calendar, Monday). From February 4th to February 9th, we will work from home. Please keep your personal WeChat / QQ, email, video / teleconference and mobile phone unblocked.At the same time, for the emergency project, please contact the relevant person in charge to try to minimize the impact of delayed resumption.

2、Colleagues in the epidemic area and colleagues in Hubei Province, please follow the specific travel policies promulgated by the local government. The company expresses full respect and care; timely registration in the administrative department, the company looks forward to your safe return!

● Return requirements

1、Employees who have traveled or lived in the whole province of Hubei before going to work, or transited through Hubei Province by public transportation, or have close contact with Wuhan personnel, all need to be filed with the team leader and HR at the first time, and live at home Returned to work after 14 days without confirmation.

2、Employees who have a history of close contact with confirmed cases or suspected undiagnosed cases in any area must file the report with the team leader and HR as soon as possible, and take isolated observation measures in accordance with the requirements of the local disease control department. He returned to work after being free.

3、Employees with suspected symptoms must inform the team leader and HR as soon as possible, and observe, treat, isolate and seek medical treatment in accordance with the requirements of the local disease control department, and return to work after the suspected symptoms have resolved and the observation latency period ends.

4、From February 7th to February 9th, make a personal health check-in before 6 pm every day. For details, please refer to the corresponding issued forms in the company group.

● Return and travel tips

1、It is recommended that all colleagues travel as early as possible when they return to the wrong peak, avoid congestion at the peak of the return trip, and minimize the chances of easy dyeing and high incidence.

2、It is recommended that each project team suspend travel arrangements and use remote meetings and other alternative methods. If there are special circumstances, a business trip must be arranged. In addition to completing the original business travel application process, an application must be made to the corresponding person in charge and consent must be obtained.
